Rectangles are my favorite loom to play with. I just love the beautiful diamond shaped designs that naturally occur when weaving. This was also the first shape I learned on, which makes it special to me. However, this is the more difficult loom to learn how to weave on. Why? While you’re weaving you are required to twist the yarn to keep the over/under pattern. That’s it. The twist makes it a little harder to learn, but if you’re up to a challenge, this is a fun shape to play on!
*I’ve added a list and pictures of examples of what Theresa and I have made on each size loom. The list is by no means complete or the only things your can make. It’s only limited by your imagination! So get creative!
