Sixteen year old Christina Sheer had her year planned. She’d finish high school then escape to college like her older brother and move onto bigger and better things outside of her tiny hometown. Nothing could go wrong, right?
Her plans are immediately interrupted on the first day of school when new transfer students, Daren Ruiby and Kalob Taita, walk into her first period study hall. They’re gorgeous and charming and they’ve s et their sights on her. But they are not what they seem.
Their attention suddenly makes her a target. Chrisy starts getting harassed by her fellow students. While she can handle whatever they throw at her, she is not prepared when things escalate and she nearly dies, not once but three times! Now she must figure out why Daren and Kalob are interested in her, who is trying to kill her, and most importantly why she can hear the family cat’s thoughts?
